Members can reserve the Club's wonderful private dining rooms for a wide range of parties or meetings. Many rooms can be combined or used individually to suit the size of an event. Most feature state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, internet access and video-conferencing capabilities.

The Club is home to some of the most beautiful settings for private dining or social functions in Detroit – the unique Main Dining Room with its frescoed ceiling, rich paneling and a sense of spaciousness and opulence.


The Pontchartrain is wonderfully appointed as well and perfect for smaller reception; the Georgian rooms and even the lovely Reading Room (scene of numerous cocktail receptions) are also available. These rooms may be reserved for functions of up to 400 persons.

Besides the Club's elegant settings for private dining, a range of other meeting and dining options are available in the Stadium Rooms on the 3rd floor (Stadium 5, 6 and 7).


These feature state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, built-in screen and multimedia projector. Meeting Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are available on the 2nd Floor, while Randolph Suites A, B and C are located on 2M.
