Dress Code

No denim clothing of any color or style is permitted at anytime on Club property. Flip-flops are also not allowed in the Club.

Professional Business Attire

Professional Business Attire is required for ladies and gentlemen 14 years of age and older in the Main Lobby, Reading Room, Tap Room, carpeted area of the Grill Room and all banquet and meeting rooms on the second floor. Professional Business Attire is defined as business suits, sport coat or blazer and tie for men; suits, pantsuits, dresses, blazers and tailored slacks for women.

Casual Attire *

Casual Attire is permitted in the tiled area of the Grill Room, the Abbey, elevators, the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors, Front Desk, Randolph street entrance and the athletic areas within the Club. Casual Attire is defined as collared shirt or turtleneck and slacks for men and comparable attire for women.
* Baseball Season Attire
Baseball Season Attire would expand would expand "Casual Attire" to include knee length Bermuda shorts. Shorts will not be permitted in the Tap Room at anytime.

Athletic Attire

Athletic attire is permitted only in athletic areas. Members entering the Club in athletic attire must enter through the Athletic Entrance near the parking garage and take the Athletic elevator, located near the squash and racquetball courts, to the third floor locker rooms.

Outerwear of all persons other than overnight guests must be checked in the checkroom before proceeding to any other area of the Clubhouse, except members going to the Bowling Center or Athletic Department. No hats or caps may be worn in the Clubhouse.
